Had dinner at La Paz a week or so ago and it was pretty good. I've been here in the past, but needed a refresher since I haven't been here in ages. I ordered combo fajitas, which came with steak, chicken and shrimp, potatoes, peppers, onions and all of the fixings. This was a massive plate of food (I swear I had 15 shrimp on my plate) and definitely suggest sharing unless you have a very large appetite. The flavor of the fajitas was better than anywhere I've had them in a long long time. You can tell that they use higher grade cuts of meat. Service is good, as you would expect in a south end restaurant and prices are fair.
Parking is somewhat a cluster unless you valet, which I always do, but to those who do not wish to valet (its complimentary) good luck on a thurs-sat night finding a space in the garage. This restaurant shares a garage with Sullivans and it tends to get a little crowded.
Overall, great mexican food, good prices, quality, quantity...all of the above
