La Pasadita Mexican Restaurant

I had the worst experience in my life with ordering a to go order. A to go order of all things. So I am on the way home from work and call this place. The person answers, I place my order. The owners son Frank accused me of placing an order an hour ago and not picking it up. I was like no, he continued to say he was skeptical. He said he had an order which no one picked up which was almost identical to mine. I was like seriously. I asked to speak to the owner, and he said he is not here and I could talk to him. I said cancel my order and I will make sure everyone I know never eats at your restaurant. I explained asking if I called in a previous order and failed to pick up was rude to begin with but to persist was just poor form and horrible customer service. Oh and we get orders to go because the service is slow there, and the wait for your food is at least 30 minutes to an hour. I am very disappointed. I hope you listen to my warning don't go there and show them that today's consumer will not stand for accusations and unprofessional customer service. . more

This was such a great place to eat. Me and my husband was told by my mom to come here. And I am so glad we did .... the food is great! Good prices too :) Definately go!! more

WELL AS FAR AS NEW TO SA, THE NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEY ORGERED WAS NOT A CHICKEN TACO, IT WAS A PUFFY TACO AND AS FOR AS THE CHK BEING MOOSH IS SUCH BS!! THE CHICKEN IS SHREDDED AND SEASONED TO PERFECTION. THIS MEXICAN RESTAURANT IS LIKE NO OTHER. LA PASADITA DOENT SERVE CHIKEN NUGGETS OR BURGERS. IT IS TRULY A MEXICAN RESTAURANT ALL AROUND. LA PASADITA OFFERS ENTOMATADOS, WHICH ARE LIKE ENCHILADAS BUT AREN'T. YOU CANT GET ANYTHING LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE. THE SALSA IS EXCELLENT AS WELL AND EVERY TIME YOU RETURN YOU WILL RECEIVE THE SAME FRESHNESS AND CONSISTENCY. NOTHING EVER CHANGES AND ALWAYS TASTED THE SAME EVERYTIME YOU GO. ITS NEVER GONNA BE ONE DAY GOOD AND THE NEXT TIME ITS DIFFERENT. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT PUFFY TACOS ARE GREASY AND IF GREASY IS NOT WHAT YOU WANTED YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED THAT PUFFY TACO. The salsa wasn't good, it tasted like green pepper. The chips were thick and too heavy. The kids menu was very limited. We went with a chicken taco which was actually a greesy deep fried puffy balloon of a shell with shedded chicken mush on the inside. My son wouldn't touch it. The only thing interesting was building and decor was unique. more
