Since 1994 had tires on my cars an especialy alignement done at Kurak's. For me, Bob is the best in the biz, when come to front end alignements.\r \r Nick Rosu,\r Realtor

I find the other reviews difficult to believe after my experience with Kurak Tire. They were very accommodating with my crazy schedule, called with cost estimates, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and the final cost was more than 50% less than the dealer. Thank you for your honesty, friendliness, and high level of service. more

Beware!!! 4/4/2015

If I could give this shop no stars at all I would. I took my car here and asked if they could check my tires because a sensor was on. I received a call the next morning telling me it was repaired, without my permission. When I went to pick it up I asked why I wasn't called and asked first before the repair was made and given information on what would be done, how much it would cost, etc. I was then told, by the owner, to pay my fu**ing bill and don't come back. He refused to answer why I wasn't called and even came around the counter and got in my face to continue screaming at me to pay the bill and get out. He also was so kind to inform me that he was passing the facility down to his son, Dave, and didn't care about what happened because if I came back in 5 years he probably wouldn't even be there. I will never return to this shop and I encourage anyone reading this to find somewhere else to get their vehicle fixed. more

After spending over $1,000 on car and truck tires with Kurak's, I needed a couple of trailer tires for my boat. I had two blowouts with these trailer tires that he sold me. Upon further inspection, they were not trailer tires, they were car tires! One of the blowouts almost caused me to lose control of my trailer, on a bridge and very dangerous to change the tire. Went back to Kurak's to get my money back, argued with the owner and he called me a loud mouth m'fr, and refused to give my money back. So I am out $200 plus another new tire that I had to buy at a more reputable place, Gateway Tire in Medina.\r \r Needless to say, go f yourself. You will never get my business again! I don't recommend anyone going there. more

I'm a do it yourselfer, but when I heard that they could do an oil change cheaper than me doing it. Well it was a no brainer, so I thought. $65 later for an oil change only, they didn't even rotate my tires, well lesson learned. This was the reason I started working on my own vehicles years ago. And believe me I understand you have to make money but that much for an oil change, c'mon. more

Great service, better pricing 12/7/2010

Last winter, I was pricing a pair of tires for my wife's car. Out of the countless websites I consulted and 6 shops I called, Kurak's not only had the lowest price by about $35 per tire, but I called at 2:30 on a snowy saturday when they were planning to close at 3:00 - They told me to come in anyway and mounted and balanced both my tires while I waited; staying past ""closing"" to get the job done. Not once did they act like it was an inconvenience to them, and in fact, one of the mechanics actually carried the one tire I was keeping to my truck for me, and put it into the bed. He didn't want me to get dirty handling the tire. I found these reviews in the process of looking up their info so I can replace all 4 tires on another vehicle. They absolutely earned my business with that first experience last winter. more

Honest people who do outstanding service! 6/24/2008

I felt very comfortable working with Kurak Tire. They did an outstanding job with my problem. Plus I had to pick up my daughter from an appointment and they got the job done quick and were very friendly. And I felt great about the price. They were all very nice people and my problem was fixed quickly. Thank you! I will be back for all of my auto needs! more

Stay away from this place! 3/21/2008

3-21-08 \r Went in for a 50.00 plus tax alignment and came out paying 100.00! For routine alignment and no call to tell of the extra charges that will be incurred. Received a phone call and found out that it was now a 100.00 alignment and it was done without any knowledge of the additional charges. No phone call was received telling me of the extra charges. Then when I showed up to pick up my vehicle we disputed the price and he THREW my keys behind the counter and said that I can't take my car home unless I pay. This guy was yelling and screaming at me ( a customer). They told me it took two hours to work on the car. I drove by and it took them no more than 1 hour and 15 minutes. This is the first and last time I will take my car there. He still asked if I was satisfied I I told him no. I am disputing this with my credit card company .\r Don't shop here learn from my bad experience. \r \r - Sincerely Jason B. more

Hooked Me Up W/ A New Tire 11/9/2005

I got a flat tire and had to put the spare on for a while. I needed a replacement, so I went to Kurak's, who got me a tire to match the exact other three on my car. They have a million tires there of different sizes and treads, so you're guaranteed to find something for your vehicle. Great prices, I'll definitely come back if I bust another tire. more

Tire Emporium 9/2/2005

Kurak Tire Center has an assortment of tires to choose from - different treads and sizes. They have hub caps, too - it's not uncommon for my dad to lose one of his, and he always comes here to get a replacement. I make sure I always have a spare tire in my trunk in case of an emergency - it's definitely helpful to stop by Kurak for a tire that'll fit your car and keep you safe in an emergency. more
