This orthodontist had one very negative review in December. This was then followed up by 5 positive reviews: Three in the same week and then two in the same DAY. A SURE sign of either the orthodontist himself or his friends and family members writing positive reviews for him. Plus all the positive reviewers have not written any other Citysearch reviews before -- only for Kuncio. Be very wary of this! more

THE BEST ORTHODONTIST IN NYC 6/21/2011

Dr. Kuncio is the best orthodontist in NYC. Dr. Kuncio always explains the procedure to his patients, provides different types of treatments, and gives patients different payment options. The atmosphere in his office is always positive and pleasant. Also, he has a very professional and a friendly stuff. I highly recommend Dr. Kuncio to be your orthodontist. more

Very Professional 5/3/2011

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Kuncio and his staff. He went through two different treatments that I needed and each time Dr. Kuncio was very patient and personable with me. I had an incognito braces for 6 month followed by invisalign for another 4 month. I couldn't be more happy about the result of my bite and a smile I got. Thank you Dr. Kuncio. more

An Experience Worth Experincing 5/3/2011

I was very concerned about my smile. Had a lot of spaces between my teeth and found it difficult to speak. I shied away from crowd and had a closed smile. Until i met Dr. Kuncio. After 6 months of treatment i cant stop smiling. By helping me change my smile , helped me be a more confident and out going person. Thank you Dr. Kuncio.. more

Unlike other orthodontists I visited, Dr. Kuncio took the time to go over the several options available to me without making me feel pressured to make a decision right then. My New Smile 1/24/2011

I just finished my orthodontic treatment for crooked teeth with Dr. Kuncio and wanted to share my wonderful experience. As a highly sensitive and anxious person, I was always apprehensive about going to all dentists. Dr. Kuncio however, took the time to listen and explain the treatment with remarkable sensitivity and patience. His clean office with ultra modern equipment also helped ease my anxiety. Thanks to Dr. Kuncio I now have a beautiful smile. I would definitly recommend Dr. Kuncio to family and all my friends. more

Stay away from “doctor” Kuncio 12/11/2010

Stay away from “doctor” Kuncio. He is the most arrogant, insensitive person I have ever met. I went to see him for a consultation and he scared the hell out of me. He told me without any compassion that I will lose my front teeth and there is nothing that can be done to prevent it. He did this without taking any x-rays, etc. It appears that he was not interested in taking on my case and this was his way to get rid of me. Another orthodontist was able to develop a treatment plan that I am satisfied with. Kuncio does not deserve to be called a DOCTOR. more
