BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a dozen roses the day before Valentine's Day and they ensured they would be delivered the next day by 4:00. It took me nearly 3 hours to get through the phone lines, which probably is normal for the day prior to Valentine's Day. After placing the order, I received a confirmation via email. The next day, I waited in anticipation to hear that they had been received, but as the sun began to set, I began to wonder. I called Kuhn to confirm delivery and although the order was in the system, the arrangement had not been made or sent. They told me there was nothing they could do. I offered some suggestions, which included someone driving the arrangement to her home, but they were unwilling to offer such a service even after admitting they had made the error. Had it been any other day, I would not have been so upset. I'm 1200 miles away and could not make other arrangements to have a gift delivered on our first Valentine's Day!!! After such high recommendations, I expected a great experience. I am in amazement they wouldn't take responsibility for the mistake and make it right for me.
