Extremely unhelpful salespeople 12/1/2009

Love this store- hate the service. Just called to find out the name of a designer of a necklace that I saw here. First, the male salesperson told me the wrong designer. I called back. He then said he didn't know. So I asked ""Soo... you can't help me? I just described the necklace, price, and location of the necklace in the store. Couldn't you please find out who it is by?"" He then put me on hold... a moment later, the phone hung up. I called back. I was put on hold again and never answered. Absurd!!! Pros: Cool store Cons: Snotty, unhelpful sales people more
