Island Grocer for Years 9/28/2005

KTA Super Stores has been around on the Big Island for years. They are known for their quality supermarkets and they sell fresh island produce. You can see how fresh their island produce is just by visiting the produce section and taking a look at their vegetables, some of which are grown in Waimea and along the Hamakua Coast. KTA also has a wonderful seafood department where you can buy fresh fish caught off the coasts of the Big Island. Their clerks and cashiers are very friendly and always give you a smile. more

Nice Grocery Store 9/1/2005

I like this business because they always have great sales on their groceries. You can get food coupons in the KTA discount coupon booklet every month which comes in very handy. The store is not too large and it is very easy to find items. The merchandise is always fresh, especially the produce and they have a nice bakery, meat department, and deli. Thumbs up. more

Great Local Grocery Store 8/4/2005

This is one of my favorite local grocery stores. Every time that I shop at KTA I find great discounts on many food items from produce to frozen foods. The store is fairly small so I know where everything is. The bakery makes wonderful birthday cakes and I prefer their cakes over many of the chain store grocer's cakes. The cashiers are very friendly and service is fast. KTA also has a good pharmacy, a great section for health care and beauty items, a good deli, and a great seafood and meat department. more
