Sami is very professional and was on time for my appointment. He did a haircut and color on my hair and the results are excellent. I would highly recommend Sami and Krystal Salon to my friends and anyone who is reading this. What a wonderful experience. I had Clair for my waxing and she was terrific as well. I love Krystalsalon! Karina is the best hairdresser in the world I absolutely adore her. Every time she does my it's always fabulous and stays gorgeous for weeks. She did my hair for my Quince and everyone loved it. And Claire is the best esthetician in the world and the sweetest lady you will ever meet. No one does eyebrows better than her. You can trust her not to mess up and she gives the best facials ever. The rest of the staff is super nice and the salon is always in tip top shape. I love comingnto Krystalsalon! more

Krystal Salon day spa is the best! I've been coming here 7 years and everyone is so professional and nice! I absolutely adore Karina! I've never had a better hairdresser! Every time I get so many compliments on how good my hair looks! I also love getting facials there too! Really you can't go wrong with Krystalsalon! They offer so much and it is all worth it! more

I am so pleased with my hair and the experience with Lisa and the salon. They were very friendly and parking was easy... I loved my hair , it's never looked this good.I had a keratin which has changed my life. 5 minutes to blow out my hair and No Frizz..WOW...She put long layers around my face which changed my face....took years off. I will be back in 6 weeks... Very happy client, thanks more

i when to krystal salon and day spa i got a massage whit nipa she was so nice and sweet she asked me what type of massage i want it was my frist time so i did not know what to tell her so she told me i can give you a combo i told her yes and so she did then i when and got my hair done by ricky he is so nice and he did my hair then i when whit mila and got a mani pety she is the best at that even the owner asked me if i like the salon i told her yes i love it every one was very nice and they eventhe have valet parking more

Favorite salon 5/15/2012

I got my hair done with Ricky  he showed me what color suited me and showed me how to style my hair he's so nice and the service there was the best. The lady at the front desk was so nice and she offered me a cappuccino wine or water and even had champagne best Salon ever like if I was in Beverly Hills more

Bring on the bubbly 5/15/2012

I loved going to this Salon. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with an expresso, wine or my favorite, champagne. I was quickly helped by a stylist, Ricky, who gave me the best brazilian blow-out I've ever had. A month later my hair is still soft and shiny. I'm definitely going back and not only because of the champagne, but because of the great service. more

Yesterday was my third visit to the Krystal Salon and it won't be my last. The front desk staff is friendly and already knows me by name, it is a nice personal touch. I won't forget to mention cappuccino or wine is even offered while you are there. Since we moved to LA a few months ago I was terrified about finding a great place with service and talent! Lisa does my hair, and I've always left with a huge smile. Ricky does my Gel mani/pedi and eyebrows, I'm never disappointed, fantastic attention to detail. Finding a salon was made easy (thanks to a friend's recommendation) and the great staff at Krystal... Just one less thing to stress about for this new girl in town. more

HAIR SALON 5/14/2012

I was visiting from out of town. The highlight of my visit to studio city was my experience at Krystal Salon Day Spa... First i had a facial with Renee which totally rocked!!!! She was"nt one of those estheticians that chat though the whole treatment... She was very good at extractions which I needed badly and she gave a great leg, foot & head neck and shoulder massage while I was resting with the mask. The whole facial experience with her was amazing I came out of her room feeling like a noodle. Next I had a manicure & pedicure with Ricky which also totally rocked he gave me an amazing foot & leg massage /scrub. I needed my eyebrows waxed & tinted and to my surprised Ricky was able to do that for me as well he did a great job... Next time I come see him he said he could also wax my legs before the pedicure how great is that pedicure & a leg wax at the same time. I will be going back to Krystal salon!!! more

Set Aside A Lot of Time 12/8/2011

I had a 10 a.m. appointment this morning for an assortment of treatments I purchased on a Bloomspot coupon. My 10 a.m. appointment did not start until 10:20 so my 11:00 a.m appointment did not start until 11:45. Then my pedicure was not what was listed in the Bloomspot advert. I would say the place suffers from overcrowding as there will several dozen people getting hair and nails done. My facial was lovely and the massage was too. However, I doubt I would return since it seemed to me no one cared that I sat around endless amounts of time. more

Absolutely love this place!! Services at salon are great! Very friendly staff. They are warming and welcoming once you walk in and I will return back to the amazing massage, facial, and manicure. P.S the front desk is super great AND i will refer more people to the salon for a relaxing time and im sure they will enjoy it just like i did!! Cant wait to go back more
