Poor Service at Kroger Amelia Pharmacy 3/2/2011

Service continues to deteriorate for Kroger pharmacy in Amelia, Ohio. Bad experiences in the past year include, incorrect number of pills dispensed, insurance not being filed even though we are insured through three separate insurance (triple insured) and have presented Kroger with the cards several times, rude staff that continues to get more rude, unavailable medications and medicines not being ready when promised. Have transferred all prescriptions to CVS. Cant imagine it being any worse than Kroger, Amelia! more
