nasty beef n salmon 10/19/2011

i used to go to kroger for fresh meet for bbq and everything else. the store on westheimer is getting worse and worse salmon and beef every month. i had to return salmon SEVERAL times, it was all nasty, sticky, but it looked all pink n fresh untill your open the plastic. today i spent $20 on beef, which expiration day was 10/23/2011, looking fresh and red. i came home, opened the plastic, moved the meet, it was Grey and Black inside! almost each and every piece. i tried to grill it, to boil it.. NASTY SMELL ! NASTY TASTE! i am unemployed and a single mom, i cant throw food away like that, but its impossible to eat, just its look would make you womit. more

NO HELP! 7/27/2010

Went there because the Randall's shut down next to where I live. Any ways I couldn't find a product, you think since this is a store I could MAYBE find someone to help me...Think not. Ended up roaming around the store for 10 min.couldn't find a sole. Finally asked a girl at the self check out to help me find this product. She looked at me and said "" Ya show u not see it on the aisle."" Obviously I did not see it . That is why I am asking you! (what I thought in my mind) She then went to the other quick check lane and started talking bad about me to the other employees in Spanish. She totally was pretending like she was asking them to help me. Just to let you know dear readers I know some Spanish . I told the rude you know what "" Don't worry about it I will find I myself"" Note to manager: TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES WE LIVE IN TEXAS! MOST PEOPLE KNOW SPANISH! Poor Dress Code 9/13/2009

I was in Kroger this afternoon and two of your employees walked in, Both had those ""long shorts"" on that show your butt unless you continually grab yourself to hold them up. The one had on open tennis shoes without laces or socks and a shirt that went down to his knees.\r \r What happened to Kroger Pride - a Dress Code for employees? \r \r You have a right to demand employees dress a certain way or go work elsewhere .. please excercize your right. Below Average Service for Kroger 6/7/2008

I love Kroger, don't get me wrong - \r \r But THIS crew is the laziest bunch of people! I went to Customer Service one time to get a Kroger gift card. I arrived at 7:55 PM. I waited about 5 minutes for this lady to get done counting money. At 8:01, she asked me, ""What do you want?"" I said, ""I need a Kroger gift card.""\r \r She looked at me and said, ""I can't do that after 8:00 PM.""\r \r And this is just one incident. It's ALWAYS bad. The ONLY good service I have ever received at this location was when the executive team from headquarters was observing the employees!!!\r \r This Kroger has lousy management and lazy, second-rate employees. (There are a couple good cashiers, but the Customer Service office is awful across-the-board.)\r \r NOT RECOMMENDED.\r \r \r Pros: Organic Food Cons: Lazy Employees more
