KRJ is a horrible management company. The owner and community manager, particularly Tori C., are incompetent, and in my opinion, neither truthful nor honest. Their only interest is generating fees, not protecting the association’s assets or best interests, more

INCOMPETENT 1/20/2019

If I could give this management company negative stars I would. They are completely incompetent and no one ever replies in a timely manner. They told me my issue was fixed twice when I was staring right at the issue and it was still not fixed. Then it got fixed. In additional recently I had a leak and they told me I had to inform everyone in my "building" of the need to shut water off, when I live in a townhome. I asked had he ever stepped on my property before? He said no. These people are absolutely incompetent and believe me when I say we will be working on getting a new management as soon as I research how! more

kRJ is a management company that collects fees for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at all . 9/22/2017

They collect hundreds of dollars from upstanding middle class OWNERS for doing nothing at all. The head of management at 2600 apparently does not know the safety issues ruled not only by the curb of Houston but the state of Texas. Ongoing complaints with pictures and nothing being done are building us a lovely case to sue KRJ for a gold mine. Keep it up. You are feeding us nicely more
