The instructors here offer classes in Krav Maga, Core Fitness, and Kickboxing/Fight Fitness. They use methods I had not seen before, such as using kettle bells as weights in the core classes. There are usually less than 20 people in each class, so you get the individual attention you might from a personal trainer. It's not a true gym as it's more focused on teaching the martial art of Krav Maga. So don't expect to find weight machines here -- classes only.
