Sadly, I am leaving a wonderful doctor due to horrible office staff. The appointment taker cannot handle basic data entry and continually sets up appointments under the wrong service code causing issues with billing and my insurance. The check-in desk often runs late because they are too busy chatting with each other while patients waiting to check in stack up in reception. If you have to get injections onsite like flu shots or vaccines to travel - the nurse/lab tech jabs needles into your arm like a dart board causing much pain an knots that last for days, no exageration!
