Donna provides a sharpening service as well as discount quality commercial knives (think Forschner) and knife leasing programs. She is mobile, so she comes to you. Usually at your place of business. She is kind and helpful and puts a great edge back onto your blades. Due to her volume she uses an electric grinder which takes off a little more from your knife, but when it's time to replace it, she's got some great deals. And it feels good supporting a local small business owner. I highly recommend her to anyone in the meat cutting or kitchen industry. You won't be sorry.
