Management is very bad stays in the office all day and puts others done. Bad management and don't trust anyone more

There was great enthusiasm when we started working with Kitchen Plus. The salesperson/designer (s/d) was really engaged and provided us with a design we liked. Things went south when we visited the showroom to look at material options and talk budget. The s/d was overwhelmed that day and when we said we needed more time s/he morphed into a b*tch on wheels. When we said we needed to slow things down and nail down the budget he s/d kind of flipped out and showed us the door. A bit shellshocked, we sat in the car wondering what the hell had just happened. We are happy the s/d's true personality was unmasked early in the process. We dodged a bullet. more

I want to thank-you for a job well done on time and on budget. When I told my friends I was remodeling my home and I had hired a contractor that promised to be on time and on budget, they thought it was a joke. No contractor is ever on time, much less on budget. That had also been my experience with previous contractors, but Kitchen Plus exceeded my expectations. That was no small task as I had a completely new kitchen, new bathroom, exterior entryway and a raised ceiling in the living room. I enjoyed working with David Passeau and Natalie Siemion in designing the project and they absolutely nailed the style I was trying to achieve. Brad Johnson did a remarkable job in engineering the raised ceiling. Other contractors I had talked to simply said it couldn’t be done, but Brad spent considerable time figuring out a way to make it work. Omar’s work was fantastic and his attention to detail was exceptional. The house was clean at the end of the work day and it was such a good experience, I’ve recommended you to two other friends. Thanks again for an excellent and professional job and I’ll let you know when I plan to remodel my master bedroom. more

Dear Rick & Daleen, It has been seven months since you completed our kitchen remodel “on time and on budget”. We have taken this time to grow into our new environment to see just how long the newness would last and if it all continued to meet our expectations. Well it has and we thank you for your professionalism, understanding, patience and outstanding workmanship to have completed our project exceeding our expectations. There isn’t a day that goes by without our being completely thrilled with the results. Never have we said “what if we had done this or that”. We believe such results are the result of three separate elements. First is homework. Karen, Vic and our daughter Nancy (college degree in interior design), spent many hours designing, redesigning, physically placing dishes, pots and pans, etc on the floor, on tables, etc. to come up with our idea for the kitchen. We then called upon you (Rick & Daleen) to put the design on paper. After all you did say, “if you can dream it we can build it”. Using our combined imaginations to visualize removing some walls, positioning an island, placing cabinets, upgrading lighting and rearranging the rest we came up with the plan. Then we discussed and hashed out many changes arriving with our final plan. The results speak for themselves. Also we had no “contractor changes” to our plans during the construction process. Second is the workmanship. All of our cabinets, countertops, windows and subcontractor work were completed to perfection. Third is the project manager. Warren Johnson is a perfectionist in his work (from demolition to the final installation). It was his feeling that we deserved a perfect product and he delivered it. He stayed in constant contact with us and was always open to any concerns we may have had. Thank you for a very well done job. Our Kitchen is now Beautiful. The work was completed on time, the workmanship and skill of the crew was Top Notch, the clean-up was excellent, and our jobsite was treated with great respect. We are very pleased! more

Over the course of the project, we've spoken to quite a few people, and without exception they have been friendly, helpful, and professional. David passeau was our designer . He did an outstanding job helping us get the right design. He was patient. He had good ideas, but never pushed them on us. In the end, we had a kitchen design that was ours and yet was better than we could have done on our own. We don't know what more one could ask of a designer. James Young was our installer. We didn't know James before, but we specifically requested him based on a recommendation from a friend. Our friend was right. Jame's meticulous craftsmanship exceeded even our expectations, and we're pretty picky.He was everything you would want in a person working in your home. He came on time, had a detailed schedule and followed it, kept us well informed, took our input graciously, made good suggestions of his own, and was just generally a delightful person to work with. We're sure it's clear by now how delighted we are with our kitchen and with our experience with Kitchen Plus. more

We did a complete kitchen remodel. Beginning with the initial process of looking on the show room floor for ideas to the final kitchen installation, David & Project Manager, Ray have been great to work with. My wife and I were not sure of some of the project improvement ideas we wanted, but with David's expertise, he offered fantastic suggestions to help make our kitchen as beautiful as we had dreamed. After researching many options, we chose Kitchens Plus. David came to our home, listened to our ideas and wish list, and, came up with not only a plan we thought was possible, but, a design we never dreamed we could put in place in our home. The project manager we were assigned, Scott was a man of many talents. He tore out and replaced our existing kitchen with skill and caring. It was a wonder of choreography to watch the entire talented workforce who played a part in our new kitchen, and a new bath also. Because of my difficult work schedule, they all had to coordinate around my nightshift life. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. As with any home remodeling project, there were glitches, which David and Scott handled with us and resolved. The finishing touch was a wonderful lady who came and cleaned the cabinets and even washed the windows! I have remodeled a couple of kitchens, and, it has never been this streamlined. The staff at Kitchens Plus were professional, and after spending so much time with them all in the house, feel like family. more

Good: I especially like the professionalism of the staff, quality and beauty of the cabinets, and entire coordination of the project. I didn't have to worry about anything. Good: We came to the showroom - the first one we went to. Mr. Passeau was so helpful and my husband decided on the spot that he agreed with the Kitchen Plus model of "on Time" and "On Budget.". Other: While we have listened to others horror stories about remodeling, ours was great! Kitchen Plus came highly recommended to us by two friends that had hired them to remodel their kitchens and were so satisfied with the work that we chose them, especially after seeing the BBB rating of A+. My husband and I hired K. Plus to renovate our three bathrooms. The project was three months late in completion with lost materials, damage to new materials, a flood and on and on. They have been paid in full and to this day we shower in the master bathroom up against the side wall because no one thought to center the shower head and drain. When something was not done correctly the person responsible would automatically blame anyone or anything else for the mistake. They are called Kitchen Plus for a reason and not Bathroom Plus for a reason. more

I had a fantastic experience with Kitchen Plus! The desingers came out helped me plan everything from colors to design and even discussed carpeting for my connecting family room. The timeline was exactly as planned. The budget was right on the money. Yes, it was expensive, but worth every penny. I have had crappy contractors do work in the past and I was not going to go through that again and have to re do it. I wanted a professional job and I wanted it done right the first time. I am very pleased with everything. Everyone that comes to my house comments on how beautiful my kitchen is and always asks who did the work. I will always refer Kitchens Plus to my friends, family and co-workers. more

I guess I had the exact opposite experience with Kitchen's Plus. Their salesman was pushy, wanted to force us to use specific design ideas. We finally figured it out when they wanted us to use tile floors and we wanted hardwoods. Turns out, they do the tile themselves and it's a high-profit item, the wood floors another company does and the don't make as much money. All the options they were pushing us to we didn't want. They also kept bugging us for a budget and what we wanted to spend. We didn't want to divulge that info. Finally, they quit returning our calls for further changes in the design, so we went elsewhere. Ended up with CabinetPak kitchens. Way better design ideas, better prices, super easy to work with. They never once asked us for a budget. They would just list the pros and cons of each option as we asked. They explicitly stated they didn't want to know our budget so their answers wouldn't seem biased. They came to our house several times to help us narrow down and finalize our selections. They were super easy with change orders and did an excellent job. more
