it was a horrible experience. Kit mutilated my hair. She cut so many layers into it, it will be YEARS before it grows out. she made me look like a middle aged mom. BOTH OF WHICH I"M NOT! she didn't even ask any questions, she just started cutting! don't go! more

I consider myself a demanding client of hair salons with very little patience for anything short of a perfect experience. Owner Jennifer takes the time to fully understand her client's goals and desires for cut and color. She fully explains options and the executes flawlessly. She takes whatever time is needed to ensure that when you leave her salon, you look and feel terrific about your hair. The atmosphere of the salon is relaxed and inviting. All of the stylists are professionals who make you feel welcome. Jennifer is also flexible and accomodating with schedules, frequently coming in early or staying late when a client has a special need. This is the best salon experience I've had in the 6 states I've lived in during the past 20 years. I get so many compliments on my hair that I carry Jennifer's business cards along with my own, to pass out to perfect strangers who ask -- "where did you get that great hair cut?".
