Don't pay attention to the negative comment left by the other tenant..he is a trouble maker and is well known for this in the park. Besides him, the place is a really nice place to live. I enjoy it because I bought a new home from the owners, who have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make living here great for me. My home came with a new shingled shed in the back, and a new double car driveway, landscaped yard, and brand new composite decking. Couldn't have found a better deal anywhere else..and I looked. I felt compelled to leave a response here, because the 1st guy..and the tenants ALL know who he is... really is not an honest man. Hope this helps! Pros: Fully equipped home, friendly staff/owners, great location, love the pond! more

This place is so much nicer than the others in the area! The park is under new management who have KMHP in the middle of a complete overhaul. Out with the old and in with the new... you will find new, beautifully built homes dotted along Krzak Rd. Judy the office manager goes above and beyond to help the residents of this community. Highly recommend! Pros: new mobile homes, sheds, paved off street parking, composite decks more
