I am sorry Dubes79 had a bad experience. His experience is not our policy. Because this happend over three years ago I don't remember the customer. However, there are instances where we don't refund money like the part is returned and has clearly been broken or damaged by the customer. We also don't accept electrical items for return. Our return policy is 90 days which is the best in the state. If you buy a part and it breaks in 90 days we will get you a replacement part or refund your money.
