Yes, it is illegal to be a junkie in this horribly backwards world, but instead of thinking of this person, feeling for the horrible situation that he is in (I""m sure you've made mistakes in life, herion addiction is just a bigger mistake), you give his full name and booking number (?) and defame him anonymously over the internet. If you know him in person, call him out, kick his butt, do what you will, but don't be such a pansy that all you can do is talk behind his back on the INTERNET of all places. How dare you judge someone, especially without knowing (or caring to know) a thing about this horrible disease. Let's see you shoot heroin for a few weeks and see if you don't do things that you never thought you'd do. Heroin is horrible it's illegality erodes morals, minds, bodies, relationships...everything.
