Kindred Hospital Fort Worth

My mother is a patient at Kindred Fort Worth. She has been here for 2 and a half months and we could not imagine her being anywhere else. 87 days ago my mother had her first surgery that landed us in several hospitals since then. Her progress is slow because of her diagnosis but, the progress is still there. She does better every day with slow baby steps towards where we want to be. I have Kindred to thank for that. Everybody in the building has gone above and beyond for my mother and my family. She was transferred here from Abilene and even though it is further away from me than I would like, I still would not rather her be anywhere else because of the excellent care that she receives from Kindred. Dr. Adamo is her attending doctor and we love him. He does great with her and keeps us all so well informed and explains things to us in ways that we understand but also doesn’t sugar coat it either. He is an excellent doctor. The nurses and techs here don’t act like tending to my mother is just their job. I can tell that they genuinely care about her. I can’t say enough great things about this hospital but if I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you to all the staff that has cared for my mother. We all appreciate each and every one of you so much. more

My father was a patient here for several weeks and he received wonderful care here from all of the staff. He always enjoyed the food, the doctors were on the spot (Dr.Manlongat was amazing) and he always took the time to really talk to us about what was going on and the next plan of action. We never felt in the dark. The staff was absolutely awesome, we felt very spoiled at Kindred. Specifically dad really liked Jose. Jose is a great worker but he doesn’t make it feel like he is working he makes it feel like he truly cares and he enjoys his job so much. Janet Sigala is another tech there that was so kind and friendly. She always seemed to put her best foot forward and do it all with a smile on her face. Geri is one the the nurses that we absolutely loved! She was so sweet and eager to help wherever she could. She was always so willing to help in any way she could. My dad made so much progress here and we are to thankful for the entire rehab team. more

My daughters stay was great! The nurses Sara and Story really cared for her and it showed. They were always checking making sure everything was okay and that myself or her didn’t need anything. I had no complaints while being here. I got to stay the whole entire time with my daughter as Kindred cared for her. Overall, all the staff was super helpful and sweet. My daughter was in very good hands at Kindred. more

I want to give a shout out to Sherri the day nurse she is AWESOME! Sherri is very sweet and always anticipates my needs and she is always checking on me. She gives 110% at her job never fails to go above and beyond. I’m very pleased with my stay and all the other staff members as well!! Makes it a lot easier to stay at a hospital whenever everybody is so kind hearted. I would definitely give Kindred FW five stars!! Thank you for everything everybody has done for me! Mary Hum more

Kindred FW was awesome! My stay was remarkable i was happy with everything. I was very impressed that they allowed my son to come and go as he pleased. He works nights so they would let him come in at 2am and stay the night i was really happy about that. Physical Threapy was the best I’ve ever had. Mark the physical therapist had me walking in three days whenever it should’ve been three weeks. Mark knew exactly what he was doing and did a very great job at his job. The nurses and doctors all treated me so well. I had zero complaints during my stay. I didn’t want to leave and get transferred to another facility that’s how great my stay was. I would say this hospital is a five star and i would recommend kindred FW. more

The stay at kindred has been nothing but wonderful! Ive been very pleased with all the staff members. Everybody went above and beyond to help take care of me. The nurses are so kind and sweet also all of them are very respectful. I definitely felt at home while staying at kindred all the nurses treated me as if i was their own mother. I had no complaints or concerns about the facility during my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hospital to others. VERY GREAT!! more

I couldn’t be more pleased with the care i have received from this hospital! The doctors and nurses have all been very helpful in the sense of explaining and taking care of me. The wound care team was one of the best wound care treatment i have received, Tony and Julie helped me out of a dark place in my life by making everything better day by day. The wound care team definitely knows how to take your mind off of the pain. The nurses Rikki, Linda, and Geri did such an amazing job taking care of me always super sweet. Ive really enjoyed my stay i would absolutely recommend this facility. more

Overall, everything here was great. I really appreciated all of the care that my mother received here. We enjoyed having Dr.Osafo as our doctor. We always kept us in the loop with her treatment plans and communicated with us very well throughout her time here. When she was in ICU, she had Sam and Ignacio’s as her nurses a couple of different times and they were great! We have no complaints at all and would absolutely recommend this hospital to others. more

My husband Has been a patient at this hospital and we had a very good experience. He was here for about a month and throughout his stay we had no complaints. Jose is one of the techs and he did a great job. All of the staff really did a great job but he just always stuck out to me as he was very kind and always talked to us. more

Kindred hospital has been great. I really like it here, so much so that I wish I didn’t have to leave. All of the nurses and techs were great. All very kind and responsive. I always knew my day would go great if Jose or Meme were my techs. They are on the spot and do a wonderful job! I highly recommend this facility and thank them all very much for taking such wonderful care of me while I have been here. more

I live out of state so I needed a lot of communication between the nurses, case managers, doctors, etc. when getting information about my dad and they all did a good job of that. I am pleased with the care that my father received her and would highly recommend this hospital to others. more

I can not say enough great things about this hospital, specifically the ICU. My dada has been here for about 6 weeks and his progress has been phenomenal! He is a completely different person than he was when he got here. Nurses Sam and Tracy were our favorites. Sam is an amazing nurse and I fully trusted in to care for Dad. Tracy was so kind, sweet, personable, and has so much compassion for what she does. Tracy in RT was wonderful too! I would not have made it through without them. more

My husband loved it here! He has been a patient at different hospitals multiple times and this hospital is by far his favorite. All of the staff is very nice and does a great job. If he ever needed to, he would absolutely return back here. more

My husband received great care here. We had no issues during his stay and appreciated all of the staff for taking such good care of him. He was transferred to Kindred Fort Worth from Harris and we did not know what to expect. The staff eased us and helped us along the way. They kept me informed with what was going on and were always there to answer any questions I had. more

I have been a patient here 3 times now and I love it here. The wound care team is phenomenal. I absolutely love Tony and Julie. They are hard working and diligent and Tony’s personality is amazing. He treats you with dignity and respect while tending to my wounds and kept me laughing all at the same time. Nursing staff is wonderful- Michelle and Ricky have been my favorite nurses this time around. Ricky has such a bubbly personality and makes me feel good even though I’m in the hospital. Out of five stars I wish I could give this hospital 10! more

My mom had such a good stay here that she did not want to leave! Everything was good while we were here (family stayed with her daily) and everyone was always nice and took great care of mom. I cant specifically point out a staff member because they all were great. Wound Care was amazing- her wounds look like night and day compared to when she first came here and she was a patient here for only a month. The work and progress that was able to be made here was wonderful. We had no issues and would definitely highly recommend this facility to anyone. more

Everything was great at this hospital during my wife’s stay. Just about every staff member we came in contact with was wonderful. We really enjoyed Keke, Ashley, all of the respiratory department, especially Tony in wound care. He always kept us up to date and informed regarding my wife’s wounds. He answered all of our questions and never seemed to mind in explaining everything to us. Irma, her case manager did a super job getting her insurance in order and finding a good discharge plan and facility for her. I was very pleased with Kindred taking care of my wife. They have done a great job. more

My wife’s stay here has been great! Every single staff member that we’ve encountered with has been wonderful. They took the time to answer all of our questions, they helped her with whatever she needed, and the way that they talked to us was so kind and made us feel at ease. I appreciate all of you for taking such great care of my wife while she has been a patient here. You could not ask for better care than what she received. We would absolutely recommend this facility more
