Mr. Marc Johnston, you need to come forward. The owner has been trying to contact you. There is proof that you received the refund check and cashed it in your USAA bank account ...

The owner stole money from me. $53 to be exact. I got a gift certificate from this place for $50 thinking it was the one my girlfriend liked to go to. I was wrong and went back...

The owner of this store and his wife are upstanding folks and gave me a full refund after I made a mistake getting a gift certificate from the wrong nail salon. Thank you! more

I would like to retract my comment about Kim's Nails, in fact I would delete it if I could but apparently I made these comments as a guest. It took a while due to a language barrier but I did receive my refund. The owner and I have spoke since the refund and I thought I remove all negative reviews but I missed this one. Very upstanding owners and thank you! more

Reponse to Marc. J Comment 5/6/2010

Mr. Marc Johnston, you need to come forward. The owner has been trying to contact you. There is proof that you received the refund check and cashed it in your USAA bank account on January 14th, 2010. Please look deeply inside your heart and help us remove this cruel comment. We know that you were not happy but it was your mistake coming into the wrong place to purchase the gift certificate. We worked hard to refund your money but still you would leave such a cruel untrue comment that is hurting us emotionally. more

Thief/Scam/Shady 1/12/2010

The owner stole money from me. $53 to be exact. I got a gift certificate from this place for $50 thinking it was the one my girlfriend liked to go to. I was wrong and went back asking for my money back, minus a fee for their trouble of course. The owner said she would have to get back to me after talking to her CC company. Long story short, I have wasted four trips to her store, only to be given the run around each time with no money returned. To top it off, she told me she incurred a $3 fee for returning the fund. I gave her the $3 dollars to cover the fee assuming she wasn't lying. Not the smartest move on my part believing this shady woman and her dishonest business practice because the fund still haven't been returned. I may be out $53 but I will take hours and hours to make sure the word gets out about the scam she pulled on me. I would also like to add that the store is in horrible condition and my girlfriend said she would never go there. While I am not the type to go into a nail place, I have been inside a few and this one was the worst I have ever seen. more
