Being in restaurant management fot the past 20 years, this place is absolutely ridiculous and has the WORST customer service we have ever encountered
Tonight we were accused of being liars when I received the wrong order and the managers exact words to us were, "I haven't made ANY mistakes today". What happened is the girl that took our order wrote it down wrong. When we picked up the order the manager repeated what was the correct order as that is what was labeled on our containers. We got home, (20 min there and 20 min back) and the order was incorrect. We called, spoke with the manager, he said we are liars, they make no mistakes and there is nothing they can do for us as the owners say they make no mistakes and that it's fine if we take our business elsewhere. I swear to you that I was very nice but just shocked by this response. The sad thing is that this is not the first time this has happened. Our kids have ordered lemon chicken only to not receive the most important item, the lemon sauce and they did nothing or offer anything (such as getting the sauce to us or offering us to come and get it) AND on at least 2 occasions we HAVE NOT received rice with our order and so I stand at the stove making minute rice. I know you're wondering why I didn't double check my order before I left. Well, they do not like that. They are insulted and insist the order is correct so I just try to be nice and not make a production. If you do decide to order, make sure you double check and nevermind that they act rude and insulted by you.
As I have been in the restaurant business for so long I am quite understanding and almost never complain, but this situation takes the cake. With so many other choices and with the economy the way it is we will go elsewhere as they suggested. Kim's Garden is full of weeds, and should be called "The Garden from Hell".
Below average food, employees that think they are perfect and customers are beneath them. Please DO NOT waste your time!!!
