Kim Nguyen Market is smaller than ranch 99 or some other asian supermarket and you'll fell a little crowded and dirty. But it still offers a large variety of cheap groceries. You can see many fresh vegetables and fruits here. The location is also convenient to me. Overall, it is a nice grocery store. more

where to find cheap asian food 9/1/2005

Good and cheap ASIan food! Although the place seems kind of dirty because it is small and located in a bad neighborhood, you can get a lot of thigns there for cheap! they sell a lot of Vietnamese food and fruits! I love it because they have so many variety of food! American, Viet, chinese, everythign! more

fresh produce 8/15/2005

The highlight of making a special trip to buy groceries at the Kim Nguyen Market for me is the fresh produce section. It is so colorful, like looking at a box of crayons. You can find the most interesting and unique vegetables and fruit here; they are exotic to most non-asian people. Everything is so fresh, they have several deliveries every week, so you do not have to worry about produce sitting around for too long before you get to it. more
