This place is really cool because although it may be really small, they have some of the coolest and rarest dolls and action figures you will find. More of an artsy graphic-novel type of fanbase, not so much the type of collectibles you’d consider antique or anything.. I walked by there the other day on a visit to the Promenade and saw that they have the Gorillaz dolls for a limited time. Awesome. more

great collectables store 8/21/2005

This is a great store specializing in what I suppose could be considered action figures for adults. Basically, collectable action figures. They have lots of unique series of figures, some of which come from overseas. These are not the types of figures that you would find in a regular toy store. They are unique looking and designed figures that are generally purchased for collectability or to be displayed, not played with. The store is extremel clean and modern looking with a great selection and great service. I never knew a store like this existed and I just love it! more

Urban Vinyl Headquarters 8/16/2005

Vinyl toys are becoming extremely popular in the US. Stores like Kidrobot opened up to meet the demand of the growing popularity. Kidrobot has some of the hardest to find limited edition figures from different artists located all over the world in their store. This store is small and can easily get crowded especially when they have special artist signings. The store itself is pretty neat with all sorts of vinyl stores. So if you are down in 3rd street Promenade, come in this store. more
