Lisa, the 'owner', needs training on proper customer service. I've visited this store many times. I have a Frequent Shoppers card that I wanted to redeem but was told I couldn't because of the store wide sale. I mentioned to the clerk that the card did not state that but Lisa rudely tossed a new card onto the counter and said, 'YES, it does and its on the website' before she stormed away on the telephone. Unfortunately, I have one of the 'old cards'. Darn the luck! I could have dealt with not receiving my $10 off this purchase (I've already purchased $150 and needed one more stamp to receive my reward) but I couldn't handle the poor customer service. It's too bad that there are small businesses out there that chose to treat customers this way. I will not return to this store and will it recommend to anyone I know. Great job, Lisa and staff!
