Upper tier fast food 5/5/2006

It's still fast food, yes, but it is a definite step up from McDonalds or Burger King. It's also more pricey. The burgers and fries are good and the shakes are especially thick and yummy - I'll agree with the reviewer who said that if you order a shake, you should get a spoon. more

kidd valley has a few different locations around town, no matter which one you go to, if you order the garden burger, it will be the best gardenburger you've ever had!!! the fries and shakes are yummy too. prices are a bit higher than mcdonalds, or wendy ', etc.. but for goo reason. fries are all natural and hand-cut. if you are into eating animals, the broiled chicken sandwich is delicious! more

pricy, but tasty 9/4/2005

I've always liked Kidd Valley's food, but it has always been a little on the pricy side. Their burgers and shakes are really good, I don't really have a favorite burger since they're all good. If you get a shake, make sure to get a spoon because it sucks trying to use a tiny straw to drink the shake when you're thirsty and not be able to drink anything. The garlic fries are also AWESOME, but don't eat them if you're with a lady friend! more

MUSHROOMS! 8/31/2005

Kid Valley is delicious! A great place to go for a quick and filling meal. The have fantastic veggie burgers and I love the grilled cheese! They also have yummy milkshakes and multiple types of french fries (garlic fries get 2 thumbs up). But my absolute favorite food here are the breaded mushrooms. They are so delicious especially with ketchup or ranch dressing! Get your food to go, as I have noticed the dining room is small and there is limited seating for the restaurant that always seems to be packed. Also, the one near the U-District has very very limited parking and no drive thru! more

Yummy gardenburgers! 7/11/2005

Kidd Valley has a number of locations throughout the Puget Sound- I've been to a number of them and they all seem fairly consistent in quality, though differing in size (the U-Village one being teeny-tiny). This is a great spot for a quick, big gardenburger. They are known for their shakes as well- they have a tons of flavors...the berry ones are my favorite. It's too bad they don't sell their Safeco Field famous garlic fries though :( Ask for a punch card- some employees offer them, others you have to ask. I believe it's Wed that has double punch day :) more

The Quiznos of fast food burger joints 5/23/2005

When you go to Kidd Valley, the first thing you'll think is: "$3.19 for a hamburger?" This is not McDonald's (or Dick's, for that matter). The burgers are much bigger. The onion rings are much bigger. I have never ordered a soda, but I imagine that the ice cubes are the size of my fist. The burgers are tasty with fresh-tasting lettuce, onions, pickles, and tomato. The onion rings are incredible. Hand-dipped and you can tell. I would suggest splitting an order. more
