This apartment complex needs some serious updates (ie rotton wood over balcony roofs, gutters that are non-existent or improperly hooked up to the outlets for the water in the roofs, plumbing, garbage disposals, etc...). I loved the community, my neighbors were great and I will honestly have some life long friends after living here. BUT the management is terrible, they will try to screw you out of every last penny they can. I say know you legal rights because first the management tried to bill me when faulty plumbing caused a water leak and wrecked the apartment below mine (this was the second time this happened in this apartment too, and I only know this because I was friends with the previous renters). Then they also wanted to break their terms of the lease (lease states - lease contract to automatically renew month to month unless either party gives at least 60 days notice), and they told me I must vacate 30 days after my lease is up, with no notice. Bottom line READ YOUR LEASE, because they will try to rip you off any way they can!!! They can't keep a good office or maintenance crew either, they only last about 6 months, and the growing pains of new office personnel really hurt especially when that office personnel are as unintelligent as the current ones are! Know your rights and stick to your guns if you want to live here!
