I travel from southport, even though there are others in my area because I trust Kennedy's abilities and reliability.

Worst

when issues were identified without resolution, upsell was the alternative. New battery, tires, brakes.

Great Service! 1/14/2017

We bring two of our cars (2013 Lincoln MKZ and a 2003 Nissan Xterra) here now for service. Keith and his team offer advice for what to do and not to do to avoid unnecessary expenses. Excellent customer service and they value their customer. Highly recommended. more

Kennedy automotive is an excellent place. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the place. They do what they can to make you comfortable. They are knowledgeable about their line of work. They are straight-forward if they find something else wrong with your vehicle and dont tey to talk you into something you don't want done. more

Fast Turnaround 12/21/2016

Was picking up my wife's car when I remembered I needed an oil change. Asked if I could leave it and pick it up the next day. Decided then to also have a headlight repaired so the car could be inspected while it was in for the oil change. No problem, they said. It was actually done later that day, no less. Fantastic turnaround. more

By far the best diesel repair shop in NC. When they fix it it is fixed. They diagnose your issue very quick. Tell u the cost and it is repaired and ready when u pick it up. Fantastic group !! more

I lost all confidence in Kennedy auto when the clerk tried to double my bill for oil change from the usual $30.00 to $60.00. I supplied my own oil as I usually do. I was very disappointed because I thought that I had found a place that I could trust. more

Great Service 8/31/2016

I used to take this vehicle to the dealer because, in past experiences with small repair shops, I find I'm usually dealing with with the technician directly and (no offense) they're not always "people people". On the flip side, you may get service with a smile at the dealer but then they're always trying to "recommend" expensive and often un-necessary services in addition to the typical "dealer markup" on the service you do have them perform. Kennedy operates like a dealer service department without the unnecessary recommendations and "dealer markup". I've had my vehicle in mostly for general maintenance but this most recent visit was for an exhaust system repair and they took care of everything at a very reasonable price. I'm glad I found this place. more
