Kenmore Dry Cleaners

Ruined my $200 coat by losing the belt, but the worst part is they accused me of losing it, yelled at me and still made me pay for it! They were so rude I couldn't believe it. I specifically told the man when I dropped the coat off, that there was a belt and a drink was spilled on it, that's why I was bringing it in. When I picked it up - no belt. I understand that cleaners occasionally ruin things, but in the past with my other cleaners, they would apologize or even pay for the item. Here they both yelled at me and wouldn't even look for my missing belt. They just told me I was a liar! They are the most unprofessional, horrible people I have ever dealt with. Please, spare yourself the agony of being treated so poorly and possibly having your favorite clothes lost! Go somewhere else!!! more

2 shirts returned with new big black spots on them (weren't there when we dropped them off) and owner denied it was his problem. Dress slacks had wrinkles pressed in. Buttons periodically missing. We requested other buttons sewn on and he didn't. He told us a flannel shirt couldn't be dry cleaned. Since we retired, we were only using him periodically. He gave us a disrespectful comment when we went in recently and charged us up front instead of when we picked the items up.
