I tried to buy a car. I was upfront and made a fair offer to which the rep said he woukld check with the mgr. He never called me back and after a second attempt, I got hold of the ""sales director"" who said he was aware and had to refuse my offer (asking price, 15,970; offer 15,200.
Hesaid nothing else...no explanation, counter offer-nothing!!! Worse than that, no one was going to call me back to decline. I should have heeded the reviews.
Very unprofessional and I was ready to buy!!!!
