Good service 11/12/2005

I used kem cleaners to get a heavy leather jacket cleaned. They people were friendly, and the prices were ok. The jacket came out good, but they got into a heated discussion with another customer while I was there because the other person had a complaint. I'm not sure they handled the situation very well. I hope I never have a complaint about thier service because I coudl see myself being as upset as the other customer about thier blah treatment of the situation. more

I'll never use again 11/7/2005

I used this service once when I was away on a trip and needed a suit cleaned. They suit came back wrinkled and unwearable for the even. I'm not sure how they store thier finished garments but it looked like it had laid around with other items piled ontop of it or something. When I brought this to thier attention they just kind of shrugged and said "what do you want me to do about it?" I will never use them again . more

poor as dry cleaners 8/5/2005

KEM cleaners didn't do a great job with my clothes. I got them back missing buttons. Then, when I brought it to the clerk's attention, she pulled out this huge box of buttons and put it in front of me to go through. I had no time to do this. I tried to sift through them as fast as I could but then just gave up and left. Before I left she insinuated that they came in without the button there. I was so annoyed by the whole experience and don't think I would ever go there again. more
