I went to Dr. Kehoe with concerns about infertility and she bluntly told me to get my head checked because she didn't feel that my concerns were valid. She was condescending, cold, and downright rude to me. It was a humiliating experience and I will never go back nor would I recommend this office. more

Unpersonal and cold - not what this clinic says it is. 12/14/2011

While Every Woman's Health claims to be by and for women my experience there has been nothing but cold and rude. I have been seeing Dr. Dillon for about 2 years now and she never even pretends to remember who I am let alone ask how I am or about my health during an annual exam. If I wanted someone to just shove a Q-tip up my yoohoo and put me on my merry way I would not have selected what I thought this clinic was. My last appointment has shy'd me away from this office forever. I went in at 8am - was told to get into my gown and then sat there until 9:30 when a nurse came in and told me Dr. Dillon would not be able to make the appointment. I redressed after an hour and a half for nothing and went to reschedule. You think since the doctor cancelled on me they would offer the next available appointment or make a special time to see me, or heck, even a different doctor. But no, I had to wait 6 more weeks to get an appointment. That was insane, but I waited. I did have my follow up appointment and Dr. Dillon said nothing of her no-show, not even an apology or ""thanks for coming back"". The appointment was fine and I went on my way. Fast forward a month and I receive my insurance bill. Oh look here - I have been now billed for 2 appointments! I contact the office, explain the situation and they are totally clueless. I am by this point almost furious with them. Finally a nice lady helps me and tells me they will ask to subtract the first appointment as it has already been billed. It takes them until November, from an appointment in August to actually get the billing straightened out and insurance to pay. For the remaining balance though I end up getting put in collections! I call them and ask them why they put me in collections for a bill that is false ? They have no answer. To say the least, perhaps mine is just a horror story, but Id say stay out of this practice. They are just a subsidiary of Legacy and completely uncaring practitioners. more

Is this a doctory or an incompetant money laundering? 12/14/2011

Worst Experience Ever. 3/25/2009

I went to Everywoman's Health after my primary care physician recommended that I get a cervical biopsy done due to an abnormal pap smear. My experience from the very beginning with this clinic was horrendous. I left my initial consultation in tears as the doctor had repeatedly told me ""You COULD HAVE CANCER right now, but we won't know until we take a biopsy"" over and over until I was crying. All I wanted was information about my condition and what other options there were, if any, and instead all I got was fear mongering. I should have taken this as a sign and went elsewhere, but because I was so scared at this point of actually having cancer, I went through with the biopsy appointment. It was a horrible experience - the biopsy taker got caught on my cervix! She kept repeating that ""it's stuck, it's stuck"" and I was screaming in pain. I remember looking up at my husband who was with me at the appointment and he had tears in his eyes because of what was going on. After that appointment, I had sharp stabbing pains in my cervix for months afterwards. FYI - I just had another biopsy done by a competent doctor and it was no where near as painful as this experience was. I will NEVER, EVER go back to Everywoman's Health ever again. The few people I have come across that have gone here have changed doctors as well. Take our advice and run for the hills away from this place!!!! Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: They seem to make procedures as painful as possible. more

An All -Women's Clinic that has lost Compassion with Patients!!! 10/9/2008

This is the most unprofessional group of women practitioners I have ever experienced! It will catch up to them if it hasn't already! It might as well be called ""Every Women's Health Only If You Have Money"" as they have lost something at this women's health clinic that used to be present with the doctors whom have left. They lack a genuine care and compassion towards the women who come there seeking help with gynecological health issues. On a recent doctor's visit, one of the physician openly slandered another physician directly to the patient and proceded to complain that she may not get paid for the intended procedure.....to the patient!! How heartless and clueless can they be?? \r \r Not to mention, you will wait a very long time sitting in a gown down a hall...with no apology for delay and even poor excuses that don't match different stories from different staff of ""why"" they forgot about a patient waiting for an unreasonable length of time. No one came to the room to say, ""We are sorry there is a delay with the doctor's schedule."" \r Hey, maybe I should submit my bill to them for the time I waited forever, despite being told the doctor would be right in? After all, my time is just as important. \r \r Too bad... don't recommend this center at all. Oh, gone are the days of Liz Newhall. It will never be the same. You feel like you are looked at as a number, not a person who may come to these so called professionals seeking support, guidance and concern to resolve potentially big health concerns!!\r \r Grade: F- Pros: none from my experience Cons: Just very frustrating to deal with non-caring women! more

Most EVIL doctor ever!!! 10/9/2008

The atmosphere was very unprofessional and strange. I waited forever andI finally got called in. After the assistant saw me i waited for another 40 minutes. Ms. Evil finally came in and changed my life for the worse cause i was wanting to get her opinion on how i was healing from my 3rd degree tears i sustained 3 wks before from the birth of my son. I had delivered with a midwife and wanted an OBGYn's opinion. Well boy did i choose the wrong one. I asked her to be gentle cause i was still having alot of pain down there and she was so forceful on me and pulling me apart down there. I kept asking her to please stop and even said OMG, please stop! and she didn't and kept saying ""don't worry, don't worry"". She kept forceably spreading me apart and wouldn't let go. She kept trying to extend the time too that she could spread it apart by grabbing a metal instrument and poking and prodding me and asking me if it hurts and then making me hold a mirror. Well i saw that she pulled open a stitch on the inside edge of my down there. I didn't say anything cause i just wanted her to stop. When she finally let go all she said was for me to soak in warm water and not to touch or scratch at it and that it is healing fine. Well i was in so much pain getting off that examine table and continued to have pain many months still later. I just had to get surgically repaired down there because there was so much pain still from where she pulled open the stitch. It never healed properly. My son is already 6 months old now. The experience was very traumatizing. I believe DR. BRENDA KEHOE hurt me on purpose. I seriously regret seeing her that day. The surprising thing is she owns the clinic and also read on their website that she volunteered this year at a 3rd world country. It is all a show cause i know what i experienced that day. I still can't believe that she did that to me. I know she knew what she was doing to me. I asked her to stop 6 times and she didn't. Cons: Dr. Kehoe, waiting time, strange atmosphere more

The best OBGYN in Portland 1/23/2007

I am 34 years old and have been Dr. Suriano's patient for 4 years. I believe that she truly cares about me. She has a wonderful, upbeat and sincere bedside manner. She lets me ask 100 questions and doesn't ever make me feel rushed or like she has to go soon. She is concerned about my physical, emotional, and mental well being, and provides me with information about all of it. She remembers our previous appointment and asks me how things are going. I feel like this doctor could be my friend, and have had no other doctor I could say that about. Notably, Dr. Suriano gives the most comfortable pap smears I have ever had and is quick and light handed. \r \r I have friends who's OBGYNs are also at Everywoman's Health and they all love their Docs. It is a wonderful place for women's healthcare and I would suggest it to any woman in need of a good OBGYN.\r \r Pros: good parking Cons: hard to get in right away sometimes more
