Kay's was a lovely little ice cream shop in the middle of town. It was an institution. The giant ice-cream cone sign is one of the most recognizable parts of the Jefferson City skyline. Unfortunately, Kay's is no more. The building was briefly a beer and cigarettes place (keeping the friendly giant ice cream cone for some reason), but I belive it is now vacant again. Maybe I can write another review for the next thing it becomes?
