Kathie's Christmas

I purchased an item and it was defective. I was told to send it back and once they received it, they would send me a new one. I paid out of my pocket to return the item. It took them one full week to even send the new replacement. When I received that one, it was also defective. It looked like they just placed the same one in the box. For returning the second defective item, they gave me a prepaid return label, but by this time, they were totally out of stock of the item I ordered. I was also never offered any compensation for the $10 return shipping fee I had to initally pay or my time or efforts. I was told they would give me a "credit" once the defective item is once again returned. I'm not sure if this credit will be to my card or for a store credit. Either way, I have e-mailed MULTIPLE times and called once and they ignore the e-mails and don't answer my questions. This has been going back and forth for about 3 weeks and now that it's Christmas already, I won't be able to have a replacement in time. The one pro is their prices. more

You can't possible go into this store without finding something (or a lot of somethings....) that you have to have. They have something for everyone, and a gift for every occasion. This is always my first stop when I can't find the perfect gift. more

I always find the most unique and special gifts at Kathie's. This is something for everyon at this store. Their prices are definitley wihitn duget and not overly prices. Ehwnever you can't find a gift for someone, stop in here, you'll find something!! more

Don't let the name of the store mislead you, there is much more to Kathie's Christmas than just Christmas!!!! There's a Thomas Kinekade gallery here, as well as collectable Boyds bears, nutcrackers, etc. and etc. You could wonder around this store for hours and hours. Occasionally, the store holds special event like a visit from Thomas Kinekade himself or some other person of significance to greet customer and/or sign merchandise. You never quite know what you'll find at Kathie's Christmas. more
