She even brings our dog treats when she comes and now my dog sits at the window and waits for her. She works alone and is a very efficient and excellent cleaner. more

Vicky has been cleaning for me for years. I especially like the way she calls the night before to tell me when to expect her – and that’s when she comes! I’ve given up on other services because they were often late for one reason or another, and never let me know there was a problem with the schedule until they were already more than an hour late. They’ve also broken things and left me to find out for myself what had happened, and good luck getting anything fixed! Not with Vicky, she's very straightforward and careful to do everything right. more

Vicky has done an excellent job of cleaning for me for over 4 years. She vacuums, mops the floors, dusting etc. and does a truly excellent job on all of them. She has never been late in the over 4 years of cleaning for me, and is a very dependable and honest house cleaner. more

When I got home here are the problems I found: Random dirt particles and left over food all over the floor even after a vaccum and mop. Food caked on the sink in areas. Dirt behind my bathroom door at bottom of baseboards. She didn't make the beds. Breakfast table and chairs still had left over muffin crumbs on them from that morning's breakfast. Food under breakfast table still. Spots on floor that had not been properly mopped. She didn't put anything back where it belonged (bathrooms, etc). Didn't move any of the small appliances to clean under on kitchen countertops. Soap residue was on the bathtub ledge where the bar soap had been Didn't empty the trash can in our pantry because she had to take the lid of the can and get the bag off the pegs holding it in. Doesn't take trash out to the trash can in the backyard because she doesn't want to open the back door because she might forget to lock it. The sinks in the bathroom still had some build up around the drain. Not scrubbed for sure. Maybe just wiped When I confronted her over the phone, she had an excuse or story for why everything was done a certain way. I asked for some of my money back, but she offered to come back and redo my kitchen floor. I said yes, but now I'm thinking I'll cut my losses and go clean my own floors (4 hours after she came) just not to have to deal with her reasons and defense. Please go somewhere else. I've had services before and this was the WORST ever! My house was cleaner than when I left it this morning, but not $120 cleaner. more

I hired this lady to clean my house when I put it on the market. The first thing this lady did when she came into my house was almost yell at me for not having the house cold enough. She then proceeded to strip down to her bra. Awkward! She insulted me throughout the cleaning, including ridiculing the fact that I had a childproof lock on my cleaning cabinet, trying to convince me that our house had foundation problems (it didn't), and concluding her visit by telling me she got more dirt out of my house than any other she had ever cleaned! And after all that, the cleaning job was lousy. I had to go back and reclean. Don't waste your time and money! more

These ladies are awful and crazy to boot. They charged $160 for a move out clean for a 1600 sq foot house and left baseboards, microwave, and floors untouched. Not really sure what they cleaned for $160, but their attitude was so awful that we asked them to leave. All they did for the 2 hrs was complain at how dirty the house was because of the dust bunnies on the floor...wondering why they were hired? Still perplexed. more

When I told Vicky how happy I was with her service, she asked if I would go online and post my review. I am thrilled to do so! My husband and I work full time jobs and don't have time to clean our home. We went through several companies with well known names who had a couple girls show up and clean. At first, they were good, but after a few weeks, the attention to detail fell through the cracks and I felt I was paying for something I didn't receive. Then I found Vicky. What a godsend! She is the owner and does it herself. I've used her for almost a year now and every time she cleans, it's like the first time. And the level of clean is higher than I've ever experienced.
