Kam's Express

The most popular Chinese dish, sweet and sour chicken, is the normal dish my wife and I order when we're in the mood for Chinese. We get the sauce on the side and an egg roll instead of so much rice. This makes a big difference because if you don't say anything, they will usually put the generous amount of chicken in a pool of sauce (too sweet to eat and not good for leftovers because it may become soggy). The rice is dry because it is obvious they do not use much oil, which I like. The flavor is a good contrast to the sweet sauce and chicken. The egg roll is, hands down, the best egg roll I've ever eaten. Do not get the spring roll, which is smaller, has no meat, and is therefore less tasty. The other dishes I've tried (general tsao, cashew, and almond chicken) are mediocre, but I've never had a "bad" dish. I think limiting the sauce would fix most of the negative ratings for this small take-out joint. I give them an A+. more

We tried Kam's last night, after I researched it here on Judy's Book. The prices were decent, and the restaurant (take out only) seemed cleaned. I ordered the sesame chicken, my husband general tso's chicken. We were both very happy with our meals. I think each Chinese food location tend to make dishes differently, but Kam's variation was tasty. I'm anxious to enjoy it again for lunch today! more

I love Kam's food. I always get the Almond Boneless Chicken and I have yet to be unsatisfied. The staff is great as well. They are always super friendly. The prices are great too! more

Kam’s Express is by far the best Chinese place in our county. The food is always consistently excellent. If you get a dish, go for the fried rice and egg roll combo. They only offer take out and only accept cash. The food is always excellent in taste and the portions are very generous, you will definitely have left overs. more
