Wonderful Local Flower Shop 12/21/2009

I know it can be easy to buy flowers at the supermarket but sometimes, like during the holidays, I feel like splurging a bit and buying really nice flowers for friends and families. On those days I go to KC's. They always do such a wonderful job and their flowers always stay fresh longer. The prices are comparable so the only real cost is the extra time to stop by their place. Well worth it though! more

Convenient, beautiful flower shop 8/17/2005

Matthiesen's Flowers has been a fixture of Columbia City for years- bringing freshness and beauty to a neighborhood that wasn't always such a great place to hang out. It has perservered quite nicely, and always has beautiful flowers and makes beautiful boutineers and crosages. In addition, they now sell candy, which is the perfect sweet complement to a gift of flowers. The folks who run the store are wonderful too... friendly and helpful and always ready to help you create the perfect arrangement. more
