terrible, terrible. After positive experiences elsewhere, I tried the new Roseville. The person who was supposed to do my color didn't show up - I had to go up to the counter to ask about my appointment 30 minutes after I arrived - I was the only one in the waiting area.
So, they assigned me to another. I have my colors on file but the woman (who charges $90+ dollars for a partial) asked what I wanted (a lowlight and highlight mix) and just went ahead doing what she wanted - a lowlight only. I mentioned that it looked too dark, she said to wait until I got into the light; otherwise, come back for some highlight. Going outside didn't help. I called and asked for a re-do to blend in some highlights and suddenly there was no re-do, no satisfaction-guaranteed. I was told to wash my hair more frequently and the color would wash out. Even offered some samples to do that. Never again! I don't know if I'd even try Edina again. They don't deserve their reputation or their fees. Cost Cutters couldn't be any worse!
