chakra massage 1/10/2012

The Chakra massage was just what I needed after the crazy holiday season! Worked out the kinks in my back, and helped me find my balance again. Angelique had a nice firm pressure, and took her time, so it didn't feel rushed. Also, love Christie B for hair, even though it was just a bang trim, chatting with her always makes my day! more

I have been seeing Alison for over 5 years for color. She is great at everything color - going lighter, going darker, highlights, etc. You will not be disappointing in choosing Juut for any service & definitely not Alison for your hair color. more

I see Maria for my haircuts and she is great. She always takes care that the cut turns out just right and she always gets me in on time and with a smile. Everyone is always very nice when at Juut. I feel welcome. The employees do a great job. I can tell they are trained very well to make customer service their #1 priority. Thanks ;) Alli more

Color Correction with Emma 1/9/2012

Emma was great!!! I had gone to Emma previously but went somewhere closer to home where they dyed my hair almost black instead of just a shade darker. Emma put me at ease and made it a lot less stressful. My hair turned out amazing! Just how I had originally wanted it. I'm never going to anyone else again. Lesson learned! I also decided to get my hair and makeup for myself and wedding party at the Juut in St. Paul because the experience was so great. Thank you! more

i went in for a haircut and had requested a master stylist. kim listened to what i was looking for in a haircut and how i liked to style my hair and gave me the greatest haircut ever! she really listened to what i had to say and was thorough in explaining what she was doing as she was working on my hair. she then curled and styled my hair after the cut--perfect! so kind and talented... more

Worst haircut of my life. The staff was extremely stuck up and not friendly so I was already turned off. It just baffles me when people act as though the customer is their personal problem. Then I had a haircut that was terrible. Just awful. Stylist had no clue what she was doing. I should have known there would be a problem when she said she had worked there for 5 years and was on the cheapest level. I figured since it was Juut it would still be good though, man was I wrong. I will never go back. There are so many other places where the staff is friendly and they give great haircuts, I can't imagine why someone would go there. more
