I was very pleased to see how fast and easy they made my first time buying process was. Rosendo greater us right away. Made us feel welcome. The manager Jose was very nice talked and joked around with my nephew who he hardly speaks to anyone. I love this place i'm pleased I chose the right place and will definitely recommend them to anyone. Manager even gave us $75 bucks for being referred :D that's a huge plus. I recently purchased a 2004 Ford Truck. When I got there I was greeted by Jim. He was very friendly and helpful. I was shown several trucks and other car's.Jim was great he showed me other cars on autotrader that were very similar to what I was thinking of buying and that their prices were in most situations lower than the other dealers online(I was leery about buying from a used car dealer) After we agreed on the price that I could afford. I was then introduced to the Finance guy Brian.(again a little leery) When I was done I ended up with a lower interest rate than from my own credit union. He was very straight forward and honest showing me all the different options I had. I am not one of those people who do this kind of stuff but this dealer really impressed me and I will buy from them again and refer them to anyone. more

recently purchased a vehicle, within 2 months my fluids were completely empty. Thought they might of fixed before they sell the car, but i guess not anywho less than 5 months my TRANSMISSION went OUT!!! and my BATTERY went OUT, VERY UPSET went to tell them how THE HELL R YOU GOING SELL ME A peice of CRAP car with no type of maintence performed!!!! I wanted to get it traded in without any down payment but no instead of fixing the problem they tried to have me put more downpayment on a different car!!! NOT JUST THAT!! they were RUDE ASS HELL (RANDY) he completely went off and told me and my husband to KICK ROCKS!! claiming he was trying to help but no he was trying to get more money out of us!!!! full of CRAP.. FUKKIN SCAMS!!!!! NOT JUST THAT my FATHER referred a customer to them expecting to get 100 from car club, but they never gave it to him its been over a year and still now we are asking for the money but they keep on declining us!!..the Fukkin worse place to purchase a car!! i contacted a lawyer and BBB and also KING 5 JESSE to get on their ASSES and learn how to respect their customers. OH YEA,, I am also having everyone who had had a problem over at car club to sign a petition overall ive alreay got almost 100 signers. more

JOSE AND CAESAR ARE THE 2 RUDEST PEOPLE I'VE DEALT WITH FOR A LONG TIME. They are discourteous and they are demanding things that aren't in our contract even remotely. Don't buy from these people and from this institution. They are harassing me and I've filed with the BBB and the Dept. of Licensing. Next step I will be calling the authorities if they don't stop calling me. more

Once we bought the car no one would return are calls, its been a nightmare to deal with them, we had 2 issues after we bought, the first, the car was advertised with having keyless entry, we didn?t get it, when we called them to get it we got a huge run around and even a ""we cant guarantee that we can get it for you"" after calling many times someone finally looked and found them in a drawer. The second, the car only had a back plate on it, they told us the front plate would be in shortly with the tabs and we would get a call, month later, no tabs, front plate or call, we finally got tabs but no front plate? currently we are fighting with them to get a front plate, no return phone calls as of lately and it was suggest by them that we just go down and get our own? nice? WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! more
