No lines (except at the bathroom), blues, jazz, cheap beer and an interesting cast of usual suspects. This is the best hangout in SLC for value and a good beer buzz, bar none. Juniors is one of those places that is as much of cultural icon as it is a place to have a beer after work. I you listen to the myths surrounding the place you'll find that the establishment has been around in one form or another since before the 1960's (wow). The current owner Greg has run the place since mid 1980's. Located on 5th south and 2nd east this tavern is across the street from the city library and city county building. If your from out of state let me assure you that getting a tavern permit in that section of town today would be impossible! Juniors serves guinness on tap and if that alone isn't reason enough to show up consider the $4.00 dollar pitchers on Saturday from 9 pm to close!
