An Older Mini Golf place 12/31/2005

Miniature Golf is fun and Jungle River charges about $6-7 dollars for you to play a 18 hole course with their old golf clubs. The courses are very easy and you can finish the course quite fast. It is mostly for younger children who maybe want to kill some time while their parents shop at the nearby Pearlridge shopping center. more

Cute place to play miniature golf 12/29/2005

There is a lot of parking because it shares the same parking with Toys R Us. It is a fun place to play miniature golf and the kids love hitting the ball with their clubs but sometimes we cheat and just push the ball in. My husband and I got a little bored after a while and so did the kids. It is still a cute place to go to considering there is not too many places like this for the kids. more

Miniature Golfing 10/5/2005

This is a fun place to do a little miniture golfing with the family and friends. The price is decent and the length of play was just right. I was beginning to get tired taking turns and it was over. This activity is really meant for young kids so I suppose if I was a kid, I would probably give it a better review. It is true about the mosquitos! Too many! But I'm sure the kids will have fun anyway. more

Kids Mini Golf 8/21/2005

This is a great place for a kid’s birthday party. Jungle River Mini Golf is located on the far end of the parking lot of Toys R Us. There are lots of trees for shade, and the staff is really helpful. The only down side is that there are tons of mosquitoes. Make sure everyone has lots of mosquito repellent on. Then you’ll have a great time! more

mini golf 8/20/2005

I can’t believe this place is still in business. I went there once many years ago. I didn’t find it that great or that much fun. I don’t even remember the holes being all that fun or any windmill type of contraption. The only thing I can think of as to why this place is still in business is that it’s the only miniature golf course in Hawaii (not sure on that). more

Jungle River 8/16/2005

I as an adult didn't find this mini golf course worth my money to play. The course was not challenging at all and too quick. However, I did take my 7 year old son and his 6 year old friend they had so much fun. They can't wait to return. I recommend those age groups. more

Okay, but nothing special 8/10/2005

I enjoy mini golf in any form, so I had fun at Jungle Golf. But it really isn't anything special at all. The course isn't challenging at all, but the price isn't bad either. On an afternoon with nothing else to do, it was better than sitting at home. I don't see how it could be very entertaining for kids though. more

OK mini golf...I've been to better 8/3/2005

Located in a busy shopping area, this golf course seems to house millions of mosquitoes. I can over look that fact but the course was poorly designed and not at all challenging. The jungle theme with grass shacks was cute and a fun setting. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have been to many better courses than this. I would recommend driving a little further to Honolulu to find better mini golf places. more

Really Dated & Old Mini Golf 7/10/2005

Want to laugh at a 70's style cheepo course then check out the mini golf at Jungle River. Even my 4 yr old got bored with the course. A long drive from Waikiki. Better to try out the Glow Putt at Ala Moana instead. I haven't been there, but heard it is fun & it just open this year so it must be more modern.... more
