I just want to write about the horrible, unprofessional treatment I received as a paying client as this office. The secretary was straight up unprofessional to say the least. She rolled her eyes at me, and talked about me in Korean with the dental hygienist, unbeknown to her that I understood her just perfectly.
Also, I did not have dental insurance and was paying with cash and credit card. I was visiting to have a regular dental checkup. Shockingly, the dentist and hygienist stopped working on me mid-way, just so I can walk up to the secretary and pay for their services!
They treated me as if I had no money. Just because I don't have dental insurance does not make me some sort of second citizen! I am positive that this office deals mostly with minorities who carry federally-funded insurance policies. How is my cash and credit card any different? It's not like I had asked to pay in increments. I don't have a problem paying for things like this.
There are many, MANY dental offices out there in Flushing. I've since moved my business to another local dentist. They treat me with respect. This one is definitely not worth anyone's time and money.
