This salon truly goes out its way to accommodate their clients. Nazzy is passionate and precise about her work. My color is so natural looking because she takes such care to specially formulate it for me. I love my contemporary short hair cut . She really knows how to deal with the problem cowlick. In fact, my hair looks so pretty a guy commented on my birthday last month, "Happy 26th!" I said, "Double that and add 5 - you've got it!" He said, "No way - you're hair is so beautiful!" I was so impressed with the Julian Hans Salon in Laguna Hills Mall, that I had to make an exception in this case. You can tell that the owners of the salon stress customer satisfaction in all aspects of the business. If you get home and decide that you don't like your hair style, come back in and they will fix it for you for free. If you don't like a product that you bought there, bring it back and they will exchange it for you. It is not too often that you see a company, any company, stand behind the quality of work that they do and the quality of products they sell, the way Julian Hans does. Although there are so many talented and amazing stylists there my loyalty definitely lies with Brittany. Julian Hann is an outstanding hair salon. Severio has been my hairdresser for the past 5 years. I love the way he is so confident in the way he does his haircolor and cuts. I first went to Julian Hans Salon for an updo for my high school junior prom. 17 years later...I still get my hair cut and weaved there and could never see myself going anywhere else. I found Julian Hans salon on the internet almost a year ago and I've been going ever since. It's so clean and the service from the front desk to all the hairstylists are super friendly and professional. Everytime I come to the salon I see Tara because she does an amazing job that I'm always super happy with. My hair has never looked so good or been so healthy because they use the Redken products that you can also purchase in the salon that are amazing! I would recommend the Julian Hans salon to anyone that has never been 100% satisfied with their hair. They always take good care of me there. I have been a client for more that three years. The last time I went in for a cut, my hair looked great when I left the salon, but I was unable to recreate the style when I got home. For 15 years, Nazzy has been making sure that I look the best that I possibly can and helping make sure that I don't "look my age."
