Julian Hans Salon is one of a kind! Saverio has been coloring and cutting my hair for years and I have always been extremely satisfied. I call him my hair genius! The owners and management of this salon put a top priority on training and mentoring their staff. Ziba is my stylist! I have been seeing Ziba for over 7 years! Every female in my family goes to Ziba, all my cousins, aunts, mom and GRANDMA!! I am 19 years old and I came in to Ziba with unruly curly hair that I hated! I have never been happier! She treats, colors, cuts, and styles my hair and is always available for consultation, whenever I need her! I live in the San Fernando Valley and drive to Orange County every 8 weeks to see her. I will not let anyone else touch my hair! She's the best!!! The entire Julian Hans team greets you at the door, the first thing I am asked is, " What can I get for you?" When I go to Julian Hans Salon I really feel like i have come Home. Everyone knows my name and greets me as i walk through the doors. My hair has never looked better. I went here on a whim, I have another stylist (Tony and Guy) I usually go to and i regret this. I see a lot of good review and i don't understand if maybe I just had a bad stylist. First I went in to just get a haircut and I usually just use the hair dye in a box. They convinced me that they have the best hair dye and condition so I decided to give it a whirl! I explained to the stylist I like to have the straight rocker style no fluff or fullness, like razored at the ends and layered. When she was done she was like it looks so full and beautiful! I was like that isn't what I wanted it was a blunt cut and was horrible no sense of style at all took the good cut I had and wiped it out! I had to go home and fix it and I am waiting til it grow more so I can have my stylist give me back my great cut. This lady was a amateur, and does not know what the customer wants... go and continue to cut old lady hair. Also the great dye job did even cover the hair, mind you I was getting black done, and never have had a problem with black hair dye not covering my hair, and the extra condition is B.S.. It looked washed out before I even washed it. I have had better luck with Clairol. She told me we will get it next time...like I would pay that amount of money next time for B.S. On top of them trying to sell me Redkin products I have already have and tried and did not need... come one didn't I waste enough money on your B.S. Purely disappointed. I stumbled upon Julian Hans Salon about 2 years ago and I found a true jem. My hair has never been healthier and i look forward to my visits everytime. The most important thing is their service. They are always smiling and greet me by name. They always ask if I'd like something to drink and they always treat me like royalty. I say they because every single staff member does so and this is whats keeps me coming back and sending all my friends and family to them. I get my haircut by Tara and she is so sweet. She is down to earth and I truely enjoy my visits with her. I love how honest and passionate she is when it comes to my hair. She tells me the truth of what i need and what i dont need. In addition to being a consummate professional, Nazzi brings a welcome touch of friendliness to every visit. Nathan is the best! What else can I say. I am a guy, but I am also picky about what my hair looks like. I am in sales and need to present a professional look and attitude. Good hair does that for me. I moved out of Orange County for several years and tried to find someone, anyone that could style my hair as well as Nathan. I even paid more, but to no avail. I finally resigned myself to drive the 2 hours to Julian Hans to get the expected service. Happy to say I am now back in OC and happy with the ability to get to Nathan easily. Saverio is the best. He has cut and colored my hair for over 10 years. I have gone from being a brunette to a redhead back to a brunette to who knows what color except Savero. My hair always looks healthy and shiny. Doesn't matter how many times I color it. My hair cuts are always up to date and never out of style. We are always changing it.It is never the same.
