They have poor customer service (the employee insulted the bride and her bridesmaid) They are a small boutique shop that do not allow you to try on dresses if your there to look at bridesmaids dresses - Please note that this store is inside of a mall and not on Rodeo Drive. \r
Also, they wouldn't allow us to TOUCH the dresses because they were afraid we would tear them.\r

To be brides should be pampered and focused on for their big day - and not insulted. \r
Experiences in preparation for the big day should be memorable, and not a bad experience.
