Juanita's Tacos

Juanitas Tacos is a must while visiting or if you live in Austin for breakfast or lunch. The menu is simple the tacos and salsa are bursting with flavor there and we were very satsfied with the value and the atmosphere just something catchy about that old rail car and the staffs friendliness. Me and my friends were out looking for some where that had really good food. Just then we see a little restaurant in the shape of a cobus. We whent inside and noticed that the food was not that expensive so we decided to try it out. We asked the employees what they would recommend and they told us everything. We soon found out that they where right, since me and my friends soon order everything that was on the menu. When we where done the price was lower then we thought it would be. So in the end we came out full, happy because the food was good and because it was at such a good price. Even though that the restaurant is a self-service restuarant it is still a great place to eat. Pros: They have great food, the food is a great price, and the staff is very friendly. Cons: The heat inside the restaurant. more

My boyfriend and I drove by Juanita's the other day and decided to try it this morning. We walked in the door and almost left because no one was there and it looked just like a hole in the wall. We were starving, though, so we just went in and ordered. I got the chorizo, egg, and jalapeno breakfast tacos. I am very picky about breakfast tacos, but these were really good. The tortillas were warm and crispy. They were just spicy enough. And best of all, they weren't over-stuffed. I will definitely go back soon.
