By far the best Chinese food in the valley. Very clean, friendly service and ample parking. A bit pricey but with most things..... You get what you pay for. Bo Bo platter was served with no condiments, slow on the refills and ran out of Dr. Pepper. They didn't honor the coupon for one free entre' for some technical reason. Although I didn't give them 5 stars they may have had a bad night and usually are top notch. Pros: Great Food and service. Cons: They wouldn't cook the fish in the lobby aquarium for me more

This is my favorite restaurant!!! Such a treasure.... & I'm hard to please. The service is great. The staff is always so very friendly & prompt... They even greet you by name if you're kind enough to provide it. (They remember their return customers!) They treat EVERY customer like you're their BEST customer! The food is no less then DELICIOUS!... The menu is wonderful with very imaginative dishes along with very traditional. Everybody's happy! My personal favorite dish is the Strawberry Chicken (To die for!), but everything I've tried is 100% tastey. Nice, clean, semi-casual (I dress up), usually quiet atmosphere. This is a grown-up restaurant, parents.... Please, don't ruin it for the rest of us. Leave the kids with a sitter. Pros: Amazing food! Unbelievable service! I've had a great experience at Joy luck every time I've gone. The service is always fast and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The appetizer sampler platter is huge, way too much food for just two people. My favorite dish is their peanut pad thai noodles with shrimp and chicken. The portions are definitely big enough for two people to share with guaranteed leftovers. Pros: ambience, prices, portions, service more

Wonderful place for great Chinese food. My kids loves the tangerine chicken. The potstickers and lettuce wraps are the best to get the kids settled down. They get them out very quickly. The place is very clean and have a large party room for our birthday party. Great portion for the price. This place is off the main street and is not visible. Look out for the black sign on the south side of 500 West. Great service and friendly people. Pros: Great food and good portion Cons: Need some kids stuff to keep children busy more

Tired of Mandarin wait times? You ought to go to Joy Luck...but shhhhh...don't tell anyone! This place is clean, prompt and friendly. Best of all, the food is excellent. They have the best egg drop soup I have ever had. And may I suggest the Tangerine chicken? Give it a whirl. You won't be dissapointed. I'm suprised by this restaurant. I thought it was just going to be another boring Chinese restaurant. Boy, was i shocked. I heard good things about this place, so i decided to try it. And I'm glad I did. Great food, and with excellent service to top off the experience. The food selection is extensive. the only bad thing is they don't serve wine. Although, the server reassured me they are going to remedy that situation. I travel quite a bit to other cities and I'm in a good place to judge whether or not if a restaurant is good.
