I needed my CDL ASAP. My husband owns a truck and needed me to team with him to increase our earnings. He had no time to train me or take the truck for testing. I shopped around on the web and found CDL Express on Citysearch. I read the reviews and decided to call them anyway (they are close to my home). To let you know, cindyn21, I practiced 12 times within a two week period and (at MY CONVENIENCE), the staff was very professional and PATIENT with me and the other clients that were there. Their services were guaranteed until I passed my test and I didn't pay my balance until they knew I was satisfied with their services. And the thing that sticks out the most is that they wouldn't take a dime from me until they took me out and practiced first. It sure did beat having to pay thousands of dollars for a 6-8 week course. They never said that they were a school, but a prep course, and that they would help me get my CDL. Well, this 36 year old woman has it!!! If they can help me, they can help ANYONE!!! THIS PLACE HAS A HORRIBLE STAFF! I was promised unlimited training and only received about 45 minutes. The WHOLE staff is rude and very money hungrey. They were real quick to take my money but never wanted to schedule me training. They wouldnt even give me a refund when I asked for one(they would never show up for scheduled appointments).
