Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing

I have taken my car to Johnnies Body Shop before and that is why brought it back this time. They are very flexible and customer-oriented. When you take you car in to be fixed, they take care of you right away. They are upbeat and cheerful, and it is just a nice experience during an otherwise unpleasant situation. They are very nice. When I call after a few days they remember who I am and they are genuinely happy to hear from me. I love them. I recommend them to everybody. more

My experience with Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing was just fine. I went in and they gave me a budget right away. They treated me very nicely. They have a special and helped me to get a rental car while my car was being fixed. The car was fixed within the time frame they gave me. The car looked good, same as when I first bought it. more

Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing is good. They repaired my vehicle that was totaled and it looked great! Unfortunately, I got in another car accident, so that vehicle is gone. Johnnie's has been very helpful though, and they did a great job fixing that car. more

The repair took about a week which is what they said it would be. They were willing to make a special arrangement to allow me to pick up my car on a Saturday, when they were closed. It was quick and they called the rental car company for me. They were nice and everything was straight forward. Everything was as good as I could expect. There was a lot of dust on my car when I got it back. That was my only complaint. more

There's nothing really to tell about my experience with Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing. It went perfectly. At the very end, they even waxed my car. There was only one negative comment I could make, and it's that were they repainted on the filler door there was a sloppy white powder left on the inside. I brought it back to them for a wax a few months later and told them about it. When I got it back, I looked and it was still there. It would be great if they could have taken care of that for me. more

My experience with Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing was good. They were very nice and kept me in the loop about everything that was going on. They completely redid my car after an accident and also worked on a flat tire after it blew out. They have a neat shop and are very clean. Johnnie's was very good. I had some paint that was pealing off from a paint job that they did for me 5 years ago. It was still under warranty, so that fixed it, and they fixed my back bumper too. It's nice to find a place that will warranty their own work for the life of the car. Now I have a car that's almost like new again! more

Johnnie's did it quickly, and everything looked good. They have excellent service, and they are good communicators there. They communicate really well, and took good care of me from the moment I walked in. I had never gotten into an accident like that at all, but Johnie's made it so that I didn't have to do much. They set me up with a rental car while they worked on it, and all I had to do was show up to pick it up when they were done. They also continued the communication daily to answer and questions and see if I had any issues. more

I wrecked my truck. I used Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing. I was not pressured at all to do anything that didn't need fixing. I got my truck back when they said I'd get it back. Johnnie's put a new front bumper on my car, and everything came out wonderful. The car was supposed to be ready on Saturday, but it wasn't, so they went ahead and paid two days for a rental car, and I thought that was great. It was a little snag, but they took care of it, so I was happy with it all. They also handled the insurance claim for me, and I thought that was very nice. My car had been vandalized and keyed all along the sides. When I got to Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing, they were very, very nice. They actually offered a vehicle for my use while they were working on my car, and I was ecstatic about that. I didn't know what I would have done otherwise while my car was in the shop. I talked to the guy at Johnnie's Body shop to have it set up for a vehicle. After that it was about two weeks and I still hadn't heard from them. They didn't try to contact me to let me know that a vehicle had come in that I could use. I thought they would communicate with me, but they didn't, so I called them. We had to set it up all over again, and then it was a week again before I got a car. Though I am very happy that they provide this service, for someone trying to get a car up and running again it was a far longer process than I was hoping for. Once the car was in the shop, it was actually pretty quick. They really got my car in and out. They also told me to bring it back in a month for a wax job. I thought that they would call to remind me and set up an appointment, but they never did. They were all very nice and polite, but I had to call them on several different occasions. Also, when I brought my car home I noticed quite a few things that I need to point out to them which I bring it back for the wax. There is white chalk all over the car. Maybe they take it off when they do the wax, but it is spread all over. Also, there is a panel between the door and roof, and on both sides it is coming undone and is sticking up. It was firmly in place before. Finally, I have grey leather seats, and there are black scuff marks that I can't scrub off. The paint job itself though looks amazing. They did a really good job. I pretty much got a whole new paint job except for the bumpers, and it looks really good. more

Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing was an approved provider by my insurance company, which is why I decided to use them. They did body work on the bumper of my car and the quality was very good. They totally repaired what the insurance company had diagnosed. They were very personable, caring, and went above and beyond as far as customer service, interfacing with the customer. They assisted in a unique situation to get the car into the shop and a rental car procured. I would definitely recommend Johnnie's Body Shop. They also really surprised me with the estimate, which I thought was going to be a lot more severe than it was. The quality of work for the money was excellent. more

Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing was very helpful. They answered all the questions I had, and because it was important to get my car back as soon as possible they rushed it for me. They were really helpful that way. It was my first time using them, and though they don't normally open on the weekends they got my car back to me on a Saturday morning. It turned out really well.
